We understand that emergencies can be stressful for both you and your pet, and we’re here to help. To ensure your pet receives care as quickly as possible, please follow these steps: if you have a regular veterinarian, contact them first, as they are familiar with your pet’s medical history and may be able to assist you promptly. If we are your regular veterinarian, please follow the instructions below.

1. Contact Us: Call our emergency line at (701) 663-0123.

2. Leave a Voicemail: If we are unable to answer immediately, please leave a voicemail with the following details:
Your name
Your phone number
A brief description of the emergency

3. Speak Clearly: Please speak slowly and clearly so we can accurately understand your message.

4. Wait for a Call Back: Our on-call doctor will return your call as soon as possible. If you do not hear back within 15 minutes, please call again and leave another message. The doctor may be assisting another client, but we will prioritize your call as quickly as we can.
