Orthopedic Surgery

Heart River Animal Hospital has been working with Dr. Tom Bettenhausen, DVM since 2018 to provide orthopedic surgical services. Dr Bettenhausen has extensive training and experience in orthopedic procedures to treat ACL [cruciate ligament] injuries (TPLO, TTA, Extracapsular fixation), fractures (pins, plates and screw), and patellar luxations and hip conditions. Dr Bettenhausen helps us keep our patients moving comfortably.
